PIPI
Ko Pipi tēnei. E toru ana tau. He kōtiro kaha kāore e mataku ana ki ngā mea hou. He rite tonu tana whakaaro nui ki ētahi atu, ā, ko ia te manutaki o te kāhui. He rawe ki a Pipi te waiata, te pūkana me te poi. Ka mutu, he poi āna, he waiata tāna hei waiata māu. Ka tuhia hoki tana kauae ki te moko.
This is Pipi. She is three. Pipi is brave and isn't afraid to try new things. She is always thinking of others and is the leader of the group. Pipi loves to sing, pūkana and swing the poi. In fact, she has poi and a song for you to sing along to. She also likes to draw moko on her chin.
HURA
Ko Hura tēnei. E whā ana tau. He tama hihiri, he tama uekaha ia. He raukura tipua ka whakarākei i tana pūtiki. Engari, hei aha rā aua raukura tipua? He pounamu ātaahua tōna e iri ana i tana kakī, he nui hoki ana whatu, ā, mō te pūkana kāore he painga.
This is Hura. He is four. Hura is dynamic and extremely energetic. He has magic feathers that adorn his bun. But what exactly do these magical feathers do? He has a beautiful greenstone hanging from his neck and great big eyes perfect for being the best at the pūkana.
TĪTOKI
Ko Tītoki tēnei. E toru ana tau. Ko Tītoki te hoa takatāpui o Pipi. He whakamā, he mū. He pai ki a ia te whai i ana hoa, engari anō te arataki i a rātou. Ko tana tino kaka, ko tana hāte ara poutama. He mea homai e tana tino hoa, e Pipi.
This is Tītoki. She is three. Tītoki is Pipi's closest friend. She is shy and reserved. She likes to follow what everyone else in the group is doing, but doesn't like to take the lead. Her favourite shirt is her ara poutama shirt. It was given to her by her best friend, by Pipi.
PĪTAU PŌTIKI
Ko Pītau Pōtiki tēnei. Kotahi noa ana tau. Ko ia te tungāne o Pipi, ā, ko ia te pōtiki o te kāhui. Ka whai pīhau a Pītau Pōtiki i ōna hoa ahakoa haere ki hea. He tīpare whakamīharo tōna ka mau ki te mātenga.
This is Pītau Pōtiki. He is only one. He is Pipi's younger brother and the youngest of the group. Pītau Pōtiki is always closely following his friends no matter where they go. He has an awesome tīpare that he wears on his head.
